By creating an account and using the Project Apis Hive Manager app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

This app is for Project Apis CIC volunteers, site lead volunteers, and administrators. Accounts are invitation-based or by approved registration. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account without parental consent.

You agree to: • Provide accurate information when setting up your profile • Keep your login credentials secure • Only check in to sessions you actually attend • Report any issues or errors to a Project Apis admin • Follow Project Apis CIC safety guidelines at all apiaries

The app is provided to support volunteer coordination. You must not: • Share your account with others • Attempt to access other users' private data • Use the app for any purpose other than Project Apis CIC volunteer activities • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the app

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used. By using the app, you consent to this processing.

Hive inspection records you enter are stored on behalf of Project Apis CIC and may be used for beekeeping records, BBKA reporting, and operational management. Ensure your inspection data is as accurate as possible.

We aim to keep the app available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or update the app without notice.

Project Apis CIC may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time via Settings > Delete My Account.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
